Privacy notice: registering your interest

Who we are

Farm Assist is built by Agigence Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17493125), at High Ash Grange, Meerash Lane, Hammerwich, Burntwood, WS7 0LG. We are the data controller for the email addresses left on this site.

To ask about your information, or to have it removed, email privacy@agigence.com.

What we keep

When you register your interest we keep your email address, the date and time you left it, which version of the wording beside the form you saw, and which page you were on. Nothing else.

Why we keep it

To tell you when Farm Assist opens and to keep you up to date with its launch. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We will not sell or share your address, and we will not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

For 24 months from when you registered, or until you ask us to remove it, if that is sooner. At 24 months we stop using it, and it is deleted automatically within a few days.

Where it is kept

In our Amazon Web Services account in London (eu-west-2), encrypted at rest. Only the people who run Farm Assist can read it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing privacy@agigence.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
